Why won't my eye stop watering?!?!?!?

I slept with my contacts in one night, I've done it numerous times before without incident, but this time when I woke up I couldn't for the life of me look into any bright light - it just hurt too much and my eyes couldn't adjust - but finally after about half an hour I could look into the light. Then throughout the day my right eye felt like it had something in it like a hair or whatever but I couldn't get it out nor find it and consequently the eye watered almost all day. I'm writing this now because I can't sleep with it going on because it never stops. What the hell is going on in my eye, I want to die!
