Can a luteal phrase be 20 days long?

I get my period every month like clockwork on the 3rd! Is it possible that my ovulation day is the 13th? Leaving me with a 20 day luteal phrase? Or is this WAY to soon? Shouldn't my ovulation be much later in the month?
