5 Weeks 4 days pregnant and spotting?? please help?

I have been spotting since sunday the 13... It was really light then went away then came back monday night and went away, then came back last night and went away, and has been here most of today.... I notice it comes when I am on my feet or walking around for long periods of time, which I am on my feet always at work... It started as lite pink but now is a reddish color, and it's not there when I wipe, I have to push the tp up. I have already talked to my DR and they are doing blood work. I have to wait for answers.... I'm not really cramping, just a twinge here and there... Is this normal? Is my baby ok?
