Very Awkward moment....read on plz?

Well I was hitting on this girl one night. And her best friend said awww you two make a good couple you should go out with each other. I thought this girl was pretty hot anyhow. I was kinda drunk but im pretty sure she was hot. Anyhow after her friend says that we should go out, the girl I was hitting on said "yea, but once he sees me sober he will change his mind." I was just standing there and didnt know wtf to say to that(because it was dark out and I cant see **** either). What would you have said?
