Fashion???design for me:] Heres what to do!!

Okay...so i wear a size 18 in pants[big] and a xxl shirt....im a 15 year old girl and i want the whole lindsey lohan in meangirls look,design me 3 outfits?????that come in my size,im a 8 in shoes. :]im also into rock music but i want to be more of a party girl type.theses should be school appropriate.also where can i find a 40c push-up bra??
