Why does Fox news have the slogan "Fair and balanced" while conservapedia have "the trustworthy encyclopedia"?

... George W. Bush told us. They figure if they "catapult the propaganda" (repeat the lies) often enough, the public is stupid enough to believe them. So far, it's working on about 25% of the voting age population.
