What will happen with this driving without a license arrest multi faced question.?

I was arrested today for driving with out a license in illinois. i was driving home from walmart and i saw the officer in the parking lot driving around. we were followed by the cop 2 miles away from walmart when the cop finally initiated the stop. before he asked for any id or license registration he had said mr allen your license is expired. my license expired in 07 and was suspended also in 07 for a under age drinking violation not related to a dui and i took time to reinstate the privledges till now and was driving to get back used to driving since i havent driven in 3 years. what will happen with this can i beat it and what is the likely hood my probation officer will violate/ revoke my probation for a felony aggravated domestic battery? if you would like to discuss this more im me
