A question about cruelty at rodeos?

I don't actually know much about rodeos but have heard they are cruel. I think you are making a good point, though! I think it all comes down to the fact that there are "cruel" people in all disciplines, and kind ones too!! Some extreme people think that just riding horses is cruel!
