Could I be pregnant if I had 3 days after period and then missed 7 days of birth control pills?

The only way you can be sure is to take a pregnancy test, i used to be on the pill, and was in a similar situation to yourself. The only true way to find out if you are pregnant is to get a test. And maybe the flu could be the reason your feeling the way you are. I hope this has helped a little bit
