How can i get an impersonated profile off of yahoo personals that i had nothing to do with? Spoken to yahoo.?

i have been fighting this for almost a week and still no call from yahoo personals. This is impersonation and local authorities have been contacted. I am getting ready to turn this over to Better Business Bureau if I do not hear from Yahoo really soon.
