Need advise from persons who conceive with Met & Clomid who have PCOS?

Ok I did my first month of clomid 100mg(3-7) & metformin 500mg twice a day, my dr didn't gave me and appointment to go back and see him to see if any follicle where mature, I wanted to no, how long after taking the last clomid pill should I wait to go and see if I had any mature follicles ( I wan to make and appointment with him, he just gaves you the pills without checking to see if its working, I did 3 cycles already with clomid alone and nothing happen). And how long did it took you to conceive whiles taking these med
