My rabbit isn't herself?

well today my mum noticed that my rabbit isn't herself she's usually running up and down her hutch but today she's just flopped out with her paws out in front of her. We don't know if she's eating or drinking or not, she's only 1 years old. We are taking her to the vets tomorrow if she doesn't get any better. So what do you thinks wrong with her?
