Help, did my grandma just have a stroke?

Her temperature went way down all of a sudden. She began to have spasms. Her hands and feet went cold. After awhile her legs started hurting and she couldn't move them. She wanted water, but couldn't sip it obviously so we gave her a straw but she couldn't suck it. She's feeling better now, but she's still cold. She's in her late seventies and was stressed out right before this occurred. She said this happened once before and said she felt fine the next morning.
