Do you think this outfit idea could work?(please help!<3)?

you can go out and buy materials to make the dress of your dreams,, from stores like micheals, joanns, and walmart. Also, theres a website called Lulus.com were they have dress like this and are under $100.00 (most of them). The only problem with the website is there is no real store just online. but the fits are good that you wont have to worry. good luck and have fun at your dance (:
