Can someone rate my uber drought pokemon team?

Ok first of all I would give Dialga Roar of Time and keep it as a finishing move. Also give Palkia Surf, due to STAB (Same Type Attack Bonus) it becomes a lot more powerful. Groudon should either know Fire Punch or Dragon Claw, Fire Punch could be better since Drought will make it Sunny and Fire Punch's power will be stronger. Mewtwo should know Psychic instead of Aura Sphere (against due to STAB Psychic becomes very powerful, 135 Power to be exact). Alright Arceus should know better moves, for example delete Brick Break even if it breaks Light Screen, give Arceus Protect. Also I would get rid of Spooky Plate because then Arceus is a Ghost type, if it's a Normal type then Judgement becomes more powerful thanks to STAB. Azelf has Levitate so it's not in danger of getting hit by Earthquake.
