Can someone describe the difference of flavours in these 3 similar looking breads?

Melon bread, bolo bao, and conchas look the same but they do taste different but its a small difference. In melon bread you can taste a little melon in it while the bolo bao you can taste a little pineapple. While conchas are pretty much the same but with no special flavors to it.
