Blackberry 8310 error PLEASE HELP!!?

So i tried typing in my p code and of course, i tried all ten times. it started to flash black and white and then when it was white, it said JUM ERROR 513. Bellow that it says reset. you can click it. So i clicked it and then JUM ERROR 513 just keeps coming back. Is there a special reset on or do i need to bring it into the store? please help me!!
